Returns & Exchanges

 

Customer satisfaction is important to us, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with our returns and exchange policy below:
 
• All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings unless they have a manufacturing fault.
 
If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased we will gladly exchange it for another item. Shipping costs regarding return and sending out an exchanged item must be paid by the customer. 
 
Returns and Exchanges
 
All item returns must firstly be approved by us.  Please email us at info@izar.com.au to arrange a return. When we authorise an item to be returned we will issue you with an authorisation number. Please ensure that you affix our return label to the item in its original packaging and send it via an insured postal service. Shipping costs regarding returned items are paid by the customer. 
 
Unfortunately if your jewellery is not returned in a satisfactory condition any requests for an exchange will be refused..
